POP3 or IMAP Which one is Best?

Many of us don’t know which one should be used POP or IMAP while installing third-party email client.

There are two kind of protocol such POP3 and IMAP for email client.

Between them IMAP is more better option , Because it allows you to check your emails from multiple devices. And it will automatically synchronized.

On the other hand POP3 is just downloads email from server to a single device, and deletes email from the server(it depends). You won’t be able to find any email in inbox if you check from other device.

There are few differences between POP3 and IMAP.

POP3 - Post Office Protocol	IMAP - Internet Messaging Access Protocol
You can use only in one computer to check your email.	Using IMAP Protocl You can use multy computers and devices to check your email in inbox.
Your mails are stored on the on where you installed Third-party email client.	All of Your mails Will be stored on the server and also in local devices
Sent mail is stored only in local Computer, but not in a mail server.	Also Sent mails are stored on the server so you can see it from any device.
